Bad WiFi

My router is where it's always been, in the living room next to the door. There is only a narrow corridor between it and the kitchen. The signal is not good in the kitchen, which is only a few meters away. Nothing in the garden, hardly anything upstairs. This is a Sky issue, my previous providers were able to give WiFi to the room next to the router, it is ridiculous

@pat143

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
