Bad Internet
My Internet is 11.6 my, that's bad. I've been told by virgin that I can claim money back? Is that true, they have offered me a good deal.

If you leave your contract early and have to pay an early termination charge then like Sky does, Virgin might pay so much of it via a credit however you would either have to ask them about this or search it out via their website.
