Since eventually getting broadband fibre installed. we are lucky if it supports the sky box and one mobile. We can stream, play playstation or do anything that was explained to the sales advisor of our needs.
We are a home with 6 people using mobiles, laptops, and gaming pc's which i was told would be not bother at all.
This was a lie.
As it took over 6 months to get instaled, i had to continue my current contract with my provider out of contract with higher charges. even though sky was installed, i havent been able to get rid of the provider as the sky broadbank is not fit for purpose.
Ive tried to recife the issues with sky with no improvement and i wish to cancel the broadband however its is contract which is a joke!
