BROADBAND DROPPING OUT
I had sky fibre 150 installed a few weeks ago. Ever since it keeps dropping out ever so often. When I run a test it says between 100 and 150 but when watching something on Netflix or itv etc every so often just crashes and comes up with the loading symbol but then by the time I've got my phone out to try and run a test it has re started again. Sky are a nightmare to try and get hold of about this. Has anyone got any ideas. My WiFi seemed better before when it wasn't ran off fibre

Re: BROADBAND DROPPING OUT
@Ryanm2 modt likely issue assuming the lights on your hub are not changing is poor wifi in your home. When fibre is installed often the hub gets moved which can cause issues with WiFi coverage. The hub needs to be out in the open on axsurface not on the floor which may mesn you need a longer cable between the fibre ONT and the hub. If that applies you can easily buy a longer Ethernet cable and use that.
The other factor isxwhere you have been sent axwhite Sky hub and have Q TV boxes as that combination stops the Q boxes acting as wifi hot spots. Sky will supply boosters if you buy their WiFi Max bundle and ask for one.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
