What you have been told is incorrect as Sky does not pay termination fees however once you supply them with a copy of your EE bill where you were charged this and a copy of a statement showing it has been paid they will apply a credit to your account that will be used to pay a future bill.

You must provide a copy of the bill from EE where you have been charged an early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - [email protected]
