My booster does not accept the hub password

We have recently upgraded to Sky Glass and now use sky stream. The puck had an issue which we resolved use WPS, however devices that do not use WPS connection are unable to join the booster as it keeps telling me the password is wrong. Anyone know how to resolve this? when we had Sky Q there was never any issue.

Hi @Puddytat+Mum

Sky Q boxes act as a booster and pucks do not. This post would be better placed in the broadband section where people with the appropriate knowledge can provide assistance. Hopefully a moderator will move it for you.

Re: My booster does not accept the hub password

Thanks Mike, this isn't about the puck, it's the white sky booster box halfway down the property. The puck is fine.
i can't connect any other devices to the booster such as my phone or laptop. This has only happened since Christmas when upgrading to sky stream.
i will try the discussion feed you mentioned

@Puddytat+Mum

Glass/Stream is a subscription television product.

A white SE210 booster is for Sky Broadband.

@Puddytat+Mum  Your post has been moved to the broadband forum as this is unrelated to Sky Stream as advised in previous posts.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
