My booster does not accept the hub password
We have recently upgraded to Sky Glass and now use sky stream. The puck had an issue which we resolved use WPS, however devices that do not use WPS connection are unable to join the booster as it keeps telling me the password is wrong. Anyone know how to resolve this? when we had Sky Q there was never any issue.

Re: My booster does not accept the hub password
Sky Q boxes act as a booster and pucks do not. This post would be better placed in the broadband section where people with the appropriate knowledge can provide assistance. Hopefully a moderator will move it for you.

Re: My booster does not accept the hub password
Thanks Mike, this isn't about the puck, it's the white sky booster box halfway down the property. The puck is fine.
i can't connect any other devices to the booster such as my phone or laptop. This has only happened since Christmas when upgrading to sky stream.
i will try the discussion feed you mentioned

@Puddytat+Mum Your post has been moved to the broadband forum as this is unrelated to Sky Stream as advised in previous posts.

Re: My booster does not accept the hub password
@Lorraine93 the SE210 boosters do not accept passwords they retransmit the password for the older black Sky hubs. They also can be connected using wps to link to Sky Q boxes.
They are not compatable with the newer white Sky hubs so simply cannot be used to extend the WiFi. Instead Sky provide dedicated pod extenders as part of the WiFi Max package.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
