Awful connection after fibre installation

Recently upgraded. 3 years copper and zero issues in all that time and started getting drop outs mid October. Told by sky we need to upgrade to fibre to fix the issue. 

Nothing but hassle since. Speeds in some rooms can be 20. Even in the room where the main hub is, apps on tv constantly buffering and unwatchable. Have had 2 engineers out and have 2 pods which are making zero difference. We both work from home so clearly a huge issue. Cannot believe how poor it is and so annoyed I've been upsold for something that is worse than copper!

@Duck1 If you have the same sky hub pre/post the Fibre upgrade, was working fine and if it has moved then move it back to were it was before.
