Awful WiFi connection.
Hello,
I have had sky broadband for just under 2 months.
it is terrible.
the signal will not stretch across the house and even when I have a signal there is no WiFi connection. It is impossible to speak to a human.
when I got through earlier I later found out I was charged £30 by EE for the call.
i need help sorting this asap please

@ChrisDivall Just plug a phone into the back off the sky hub dial 150 to get to sky. The EE call charge you need to take that up with EE to why and for what reason if it is not part of the mobile package that you have!
The rest what sky Hub and package do you have with sky to see what advise regarding the wireless wi-fi if that is your main issue!

I have sky gigafast full broadband.
I just go round in circles, I do the test it says I have no issues but my sky box says I'm connected to the WiFi but have no internet connection.

@ChrisDivall What sky hub, and about the lights and what do you see on the Fibre Modem ONT that was installed lights wise also!

Well, on the fibre modem I see a power light, PON green light & a flickering LAN.
The model is SR213-02-UK-wht.
It has a white light at the front of the box.
I unplugged it, then plugged it back in and it has started working now but I can keep having to do that

@ChrisDivall Thanks for all your user feedback, to all in purpose it looked like the ONT was working fine, the sky hub was also looking good, ie white light and was sending data to the ONT with the Lan light flashing, BUT 1. you had a problem 2. hard to say what it was, 3. yes correct you can't keep pulling the power down to reset it.
Some other questions, are you fully wireless connection only to the max hub, or do you have mixed with anything connected by Ethernet cable to the hub.
When down and issue, is EVERYTHING not working? This part from you "" but my sky box says I'm connected to the WiFi but have no internet connection."" can you explain what sky box do you talk about, and how is it that message NO INTERNET is displayed!
