Automatic compensation scheme

I have received an automatic compensation and it is due to be credited to my account. Is there a way that I can have the compensation paid out to me instead?
If you don't have a sky account then this is the way it is paid out (via cheque or bank transfer).

@Matt292

Then the auto compensation shows on your Sky account and will be used towards future bills until either exhausted or you cancel your subscription.

Re: Automatic compensation scheme

You can call sky and request that the auto compensation is paid to your bank account

the choice is yours if you wish to keep it as a credit against future bills or have it transferred to the bank account used for your direct debit
