Asked for full fibre 100, got 150 and was charged more.

Full fibre became available in my road. Renewing my tv and broadband contract I asked for the full fibre 100 offer to be installed. They say they've put in 150 and so are charging me more. Can I oblige then to change to 100? I don't need the extra , which doesn't come through to my router anyway!
