Sky won't provide a new router even though they recognise the current one as being old:-
Have an engineer comming to look at the Broadband speed:-

A new router would make no difference to what's clearly a very bad copper line, currently capped by Openreach DLM at 15Mbs.
Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate what might be available at the address.
