My apps and emails are suddenly taking ages to load and one app won't load at all as it can't verify my location. I tried this app when out this morning and it loaded just fine. Could this be something to do with my ip address

I did that and my emails are now okay but can't get into my apps, I tried reinstalling one of them but that didn't work

Only the apps in my gaming hub won't open now, updated the gaming hub, didn't work. Disabled the gaming hub, didn't work. Uninstalled the apps and reinstalled but still no luck. @Highlinder

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Maddy6 What setting is your broadband sheild set to? This can be found in my account under the broadband & talk tab at the bottom of that page. The default setting is set to PG13.
