Apps on sky q box and browsing on phone not working on and off all week

Keep losing internet access on sky q box and on phone, especially during the evenings an having to use my phone data to access apps and browse on my phone. And the apps and home page on sky keeps cutting out. We've reset, tested our speed on the mysky app. Everything says it's ok but it's definitely not a fault at our end.

Forgot to say i couldn't even load the my sky app via WiFi so had to switch to data to write this!

@Owat What sky hub do you have, and do you see any difference on the hub light or lights when you have the NO WiFi issue as you put it?

Not sure what sky hub 😬 But all the lights are light and white and look fine!

@Owat If you have the Sky Hub from the link, then it is way old and not supported shortly onwards due to a few reason's call sky and ask to have it replaced. They will do so with the Sky Broadband Hub model from the link above. Or use the link below to order the free replacement.
