Apps not working/ new customer

Hi I've just had sky installed (4 hrs a go ) I'm not technically savvy.. a few apps arnt working...I cant log in to them..ive tried via phone, tablet and PC. Sorry. If I'm sound dumb

@alipb by default Ofcom insists thst isps like Sky set the filter level to Age 13 which wil block certain apps. Log into the My Sky app find tge settings for Broadbznd Shield and change them. See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start
