Error code NW -2-5 for Netflix and time out on Disney apps won't work on smart tv either same error, have only recently got new router from sky for broadband can't download any catch up tv programmes either just says 0% downloaded have reset everything and done full factory reset on sky q box incase it was the box
Did you get it fixed? I have had same problem as have others, but it's not constant - sometimes it comes back on. My British Gas Hive doesn't connect at all though. Rung Sky and got no joy so far, just tried to sell me an upgrade (which obviously I am not going to pay for!)
