Apps like Facebook not loading properly, + keep getting messages saying I’m not connected to interne

have just checked everything and it says fine but still an issue, also tried resetting the router,

Are you getting things like this too? I'm having issues with site that load dynamic content like Facebook and other forms of social media or sites that have an active feed.
