@Leo2024  If there is less than 24 hours befoire the appointment you won't be able to change it, have you seen if you can reschedule it via your order tracking page https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If the original appointment is for today or tomorrow you will likely be charged £25 if you change it giving little notice.
