I would like to ask if there were any appoinments cancelled for broadband, before the 17th of September.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sabrine1 You are not talking to Sky here we are customers like yourself. If you have ordered Sky broadband install there is normally a 14 day period if you wish to change your mind you are able to do so and you are given the fist date that is available by Openreach to do the work.
