If you have the City Fibre network in your area and have ordered either:

• Full Fibre 2.5 Gigafast+ (2500Mb/s)
• Full Fibre 5 Gigafast+ (5000Mb/s)

Then you will get the new WiFi 7 Gigafast hub.

Anything else will get you the white, rectangular WiFi 6 Sky Max Hub.

I got the wifi max hub when I upgraded  to gigafast broadband in January last year

Unless you are a current Sky Broadband customer with a Sky Broadband Hub and don't opt to add the WiFi Max subscription supplement.
