App only showing a count of connected devices

My Sky app is now only showing a count of attached devices, not the devices named. I have tried the website too, but there doesn't seem to be a 'my devices' area. 

It did used to work?

@Lydia71 Has the app been updated too a new feature to show that, maybe there is another part in the app shows as before the names?

 

Version 10.5.0 and updated December 9th, 2025

In the broadband tab of the my sky app I don't have a 'my devices' section at all?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Lydia71 sounds like you are not signing into the app with the Sky id linked to the account. If you are certain you are using the correct id call Sky as the permissions need sorting.

Thank you, the app is showing all my other account info just not the hub. I will give them a call.
