Hmm, not sure what this has to do with Sky Q TV, but anyway, have you tried using your phone to check on your ISP's service status page?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Michaelhutching you can quickly check if there is a known issue in your area by running the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection. If there is no report call Sky to report your service is down.
