Anyone else having broadband issues in South East
Our broadband has been down since Friday 13th Dec, came back up on Tuesday 17th Dec and back down again. Sounds like lots of people are impacted but there is nothing on any website confirming. No comms from Sky as to what is going on. Anyone else having this issue?

Re: Anyone else having broadband issues in South East
@PaulPD there are in all liklehood several thousand Sky customers in the SE currently without a connection due to different area issues. What there isnt is a region wide outage or the forum would be far busier if overca million Sky customers were without a connection.
. Area outages can affect one cabinet perhaps serving 400 lines up to a few tens of thousand if a major cable is cut. Openreach do repair these outages as rapidly as they can and on occasions a temporary repair maybe made and the disconnected later.
Check the connection checker to see if it still shows the area outage if it doesnt call Sky to report the new issue,
