Amazon Smart Plugs/Ring Doorbell

Following install of a Sky WiFi Max hub my 4 Amazon Smart Plugs and Ring door bell have failed to reconnect to it? I have attempted to restart the plugs. They fail to do so. The Ring Doorbell also fails to reconnect. Numerous attempts by adding password have failed. Shall I reconnect the old router to see if I get the same response? Also the network connection to my laptop is  unstable? Any help or responses much appreciated. Thank you....Clive

One thing you could try lowering the WiFi security settings in the Mysky App.

Open the App and click Broadband >>> WiFi Settings >>> Advanced Settings >>> WiFi security level >>> change to WPA2

Re: Amazon Smart Plugs/Ring Doorbell

Thank you so much for your quick response and advice regarding the issues Im having with my secondary devices. Since posting  this I have since discovered that the previous Sky Wi-Fi hub name and the  previous password  should be used despite the new Sky Wi-Fi Max Hub having its new and  unique and different Wi-Fi name and password ? Thank you again so much
