Cuts out several times a day
My connection cuts out several times everyday and it's getting tiresome. It's disrupting my son's gaming and us watching tv

@Delta76
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any problems or outages nearby
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)
If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

Re: Cuts out several times a day
I have been having the same problem for about 6 months now. The router switches itself off 2 or 3 times a day. I can no longer work from home as I have no confidence it won't reset itself whilst I'm on a Teams call. Run the service checker multiple times and it says everything is ok. Tried ringing but I get a bot who tells me everything is Ok and then hangs up. How do I get through to a human

@Michael180
Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
For any customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you don’t receive any extra or quicker support.

Re: Cuts out several times a day
If you are on fttp, make sure you have the right setup. the Ethernet cable from the ONT (openreach box) need to be in WAN Port 4 on the back of the hub.
Try to switch off the hub for 15 minutes and switch it on again!

Right haven't been able to speak to anyone either. It's frustrating. Hope you get it sorted
