Always broadband

I'm trying to work from home and getting a broadband speed of 1.1mb at present tried everything need help

@Elaine+1973  Those are not your router stats, you need to follow the steps to the very end to get the stats we need.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
