I spent nearly an hour on the phone with sky and was told there was no date as to when I will be switched off and no upgrade available I've been with sky over 30 years and still they could not help me. I need answers am I been disconnected or not and is full fibre available in my area and if so when. Thank you

Re: Already contacted with no good response
@eddie.ie No one here can answer your question as we are customers and have no idea when Full Fibre will be available.
Or when your service will be switched off, or do you mean the old analogue phone service rather than broadband?
If Sky have already told you they have no date for the switch off I'm not sure what you're expecting other customers to tell you.

In those circumstances you need to look at switching ISP. It's BT which is the designated Universal Service Obligation provider.

Not necessarily. Broadband over copper isn't ending, but Sky cannot continue to supply broadband in locations where it doesn't have the equipment to provide a digital voice service.
