Almost no existant wifi

Hi, according to the diagnostics on My Sky I am getting 36 Mb to my sky hub. However I am getting less than 4 or 5 Mb when running various speed tests.

I have about 24 devices connected not all running concurrently. What could  causing this issue?

It's all over the place one tedt 5 mbps then a short while layer high 20s. I suspect router is faulty
