Almost dial-up speed

My wife and I have just returned from very rural Suffolk where our iPads loaded pages almost instantly. Today, in Huddersfield we are back to waiting, it is almost like dial-up speed. Sky "tests" show a speed of 27 with no faults but I am very doubtful that this can be true.

Sky, can you please speed up my broadband, I pay fo4 high speed, not snail speed!
