All regrets

Ever since I got Sky broadband it's been one regret after another. To be honest, the staff are very polite and knowledgeable, however it's difficult to sell a bad product. I was cut off for 2 weeks only for open reach engineer to come fix the problem and my pods won't connect 

I called sky, and they had to tell me that I can't have an engineer till another 2 weeks! This is preposterous. If only I knew this!!!

It's better to try and get an appointment in the NHS than to get an appointment with SKY
