All the lights are on, on my WiFi box, but yet nothing is connecting to the WiFi , says there is no issues in the area but yet iPad, 3 phones, tv and Xbox can't connect to the WiFi!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Chloeeeexx try switching off the power to the hub for a few seconds and then rebooting it. What you do after thst depends on whether the devices are connecting to the hub or not. If thry are run the connection test in the My Sky app overca mobile connection to test whether the hub is connected properly if it isnt you need to report the issue to Sky.
If your devices cannot connect to the hub with the password reset the hub by pressing and holding in the reset pin until the power led flashes which returns the hub to its orginal settings so the password on the label will work. You may want to consider how someone might have changed the settings before.
