All diagnostic checks say there is nothing wrong however we have no connection to the internet

We have no internet connection on the router despite all checks saying everything is working fine. Sky Q is saying no internet connection, mobile devices saying connected but no internet. 4 light on right hand side of the router is orange, all others green. Please advise

@Johng1000 this is an annoying faultvthst turns up quite regularly. Itvappears to be caused by a fault in the server node managing your connection. Skybhave several million of these nodes occasionally some go faulty. The fix is to power down the hub for at least an hour which should force a change alterntively you can log into the wwb interface and force a disconnection which should do the same thing.

I'm having this same issue this morning all lights are green but voice is orange it's saying on our mobiles connected but with no Internet howndoes this get fixed please
