All devices cannot connect to the internet

The hub says there is internet I can connect to the hub via WiFi but unable to establish an external connection to the internet from the devices

Im having the same issue, device are connected, but getting no internet, online test says 0 devices connected

mines the same aswel the sky bb hub has all green lights but sky tv or any other device won't connect

Has anyone talked to sky how do you get hold of sky direct to discuss the matter

Mine is the same, says my connection is fine and all the lights on the router are green but I cannot watch any apps or stream on TV, can only use my phone using mobile data as the WiFi isn't working. It says I'm connected but I'm definitely not. Tried rebooting router but still not working after. Very annoying..

i've done the chat bot and done everything they said step my step and still nothing
