I think there is an age restriction on my broadband how do I take it off.

Thix is the Broafband shield so you can do this via the MySky app or online here:

I can't do it because it keeps coming up that I don't have broadband and I do have it with sky.

@Snow12 onky the Sky id linked to the account can make changes so check you are using the correct id. If you are the account holder and believecyou are usung the correct id call Sky and they can sort the permissions.
