Hi, I was end contract with sky last month , the last bill was over charge

they said next month bill will refund to my bank account, but I didn't receive it, anybody help?

@Kylie+tam credits take up 6 weeks to be transferred - as always paying a company is far faster thann them paying you.

If I was cancel direct debit, will it make something wrong of my refund ?

If you've cancelled your DD then Sky wont be able to issue the refund directly to your account
