My log in details doesn't work when trying to log in to Advanced on my sky Q router. I've tried my router password, I've tried admin/sky, I've tried admin/admin !!
As you have an old Sky Q hub have you not had an email or letter from Sky giving you the opportunity to swap it for a Sky Broadband hub? These started being sent out in February (swapped mine on 27/02/25). Sky Q hubs won't receive security updates after the new year.
