Admin/sky doesn’t log me in to my sky hub page - help please

When I go to 192.168.0.1 and use admin & sky it won't log in.

I've also tried the router passkey as the password and that doesn't work either.

Does anybody have an answer as to what is wrong or how to get into the webpage please?

I may have changed the password - Is there a way to reset it?

There should be a reset button it somewhere, pressing this will default the password back to the one it came with so either Sky or the wifi network key and you might also have to set up your wireless devices again.

@Roberto69  sadly your will have to reset the hub if you can no longer remember the password you can reset by holding the reset button untill the power light goes red and flashes green but dont let go of the button till the power light has gone solid green hope that helps 😊🙂 ( iv had to do a few times as iv forgot the password to log in) 😞    🙂

@Roberto69 see here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password as the method and password varies between hub models. 

When resettingbthe black hubs hold in the reset pin until the power light flashes which can take 20 seconds releae to esrly and tge hub just reboots.
