I can't sign in into my router sky

Are you trying to connect to the WiFi network or login to the admin portal of the hub?

Password: Your default WiFi password printed on the hubs sticker.

I have tried that one but without success

Are you sure you are typing all the characters correctly? e.g. capitals & lowecases correct.

Also if your using an Apple device try another device as Apple + Safari often has issues logging into the admin interface.

 My wi-fi keeps on disconnecting.

Your stats show that the line dropped approx 1hr50mins before you took the screenshot. How often does this happen?

Have you run the line test in the My Sky app?
