Additional telephone outlet
I have just ordered sky full fibre 100 modem and realised that i require another telephone outlet for my burglar alarm. can anyone recommend the best way forward please

@DC1953 Full fibre has no copper line and it's unlikely OR would even install one with Full Fibre being available, best option is to upgrade the alarm system to with one to work over wifi or 4G.
Alarm panels using a landline are now ancient tech, 4G panels would not lose a connection even if your line was cut.

Neither Openreach or an ISP will provide any assistance with that: as @GD1 indicates, alarms which require a PSTN connection are all due to become obsolete in January 2027 anyway .
If your current system is compatible with a connection through an Analogue Telephone Adapter then you could consider either splitting the Hub socket over physical cabling or investigate 'Voice Re-Injection'
