Add on - never asked for

Hello, 

im meant to be on the Sky social tariff because im on universal credit. This is £20.00 a month yet you are charging me £26.00 plus an add on which I NEVER asked for totalling my bill to £33.00. I have contacted you numerous times, received no update on my complaint and what's worse is you charged me extra in March!! And couldn't explain why. Refunding only half of what you said. I would like my tariff updating to the one, I'm meant to be on my complaint looking into. I'm still waiting for my financial compensation you also stated on our last phone call (which I've never received nor a phone call back) and I would like the extra I've been paying without being told to be refunded. Somebody take ownership and accountability for this mess!

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

How long have you been on Sky Broadband Basics?

The broadband part of the social tariff now lasts for 24 months and then reverts to the full cost but if you’re still eligible you will then need to re-apply.
