Actually getting an upgraded hub

I've received an email saying

 

"An update on your broadband hub
...
In 2022, the UK government published a new security framework to make the UK’s telecommunications infrastructure more resilient.

In line with government guidance, we wanted to let you know while your hub continues to keep you connected to the internet, it no longer receives service and security updates. To review your options, including how to update or change your hub, visit our portal here (with a link) ... You’ll need to have your Sky ID and password ready to log in.

 

But when I click on the link it just takes me to a generic front page with no information on how to update or change my hub. The "help" function similarly just offers a generic list of FAQs that don't describe how to get a new hub, and the virtual assistant cannot understand the question "How do I get a new hub".

 

Does anyone know how I get a new hub or what other options are available in my situation?

This is a legit email as I did this myself back in January, it turned up 3 days later. This was the link I used which is still working for me:

Thank ypu for posting this reply, couldn't get info direct from source. Im just hoping its easy to sort if it arrives, i'm dreading it being difficult
