@catho2026 In case you need it, linked below, the old sky Broadband Hub and the connection types are all explained.

Do you currently have a BB connection with another ISP switching over to sky, or is it a first time connection? The day off activation is just anytime up until midnight, normally when you get the text/e-mail you are good to go, my switch came in at 3am in the morning so was well asleep and did not bother to deal with it all until well after midday and sky seen live at 4pm which kicked it all off, the EE Router that was on maintained working fine on the sky BB Internet connection with no issues!

Re: Activation
@catho2026 That would be the plan if the installation goes as expected, when plugged in depending on which sky Hub you are going to get, there are potential updates to be applied and re boots off the equipment, then connecting devices to the sky Hub etc, so do allow a few hours for everything to start operating!

Re: Activation
@catho2026 Take a look at the link, use the black sky broadband hub, the yes you have internet calls and ALL off the connection types are shown, see what you have unless you already know, anything faster than 100Mb/s you are more than likely on a FF Full Fibte ONT connection.
