@Shaun-87 sounds like you hsve not configured the Asus correctly. Sky use two authentication methods all City Fibrecand 80% of Openreaxh lines use DHCPv6 PD if your line is in the remaining 20% you have to use DHCPv4 Option 61 with a string in the form anything@skydsl|anything.
Sky will require a Sky hub to be connected fir support as their diagnostics require one.
