Activation Notif via sms or email - not received

Hi, understood that my activation day for my sky broadband is today 02 March 2023. But I've been waiting for the whole day still no notification received. Pleasehelp as I need it for my work. Thank you!

@Marieu I believe it can be up to midnight for your broadband to be activated have you checked if it is working by plugging in your router ?

I already plugged it in an replugged it also as I research online reasons and remedy on how will it works. I am seeing green lights to "power and wifi"  only but for internet it's somewhat off.

@Marieu i'd wait until midnight if it's not activated by then i'd then contact Sky in the morning

It's been the 2nd day and I have talked to various sky operators to let this issue fixed. The problem was, the address from the delivery date is different to the address stated in the activation date. How is that even possible? it's just frustrating that everytime I talked to them I have to reiterate everything what's goin on. And then back to square one and zero to not even fixed.

 

Now I have to wait until Monday. It saddens me that I have to pay in for €50 upfront and waited 2 weeks for the delivery and then another 4 days for the activation.
