Activation Date

Today the 30th of September was my activation date and when the  engineer was due but he or she hasn't come i had a visit from Openreach last week and they said it could take upto 2 Week but the Sky Page where my order was didn't change so i thought that they would be in today , When will i know my internet will be sorted ?

@Lee4084 Openreach will determine when your connection will be completed. Unfortunately dates do slip where issues arise which seems to have happened to your job.. How long that delay will be depends on the issue. 

 

You need to speak with Sky to get what information. Openreach have reported . To make that easy I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
