Activation Date
I order my broadband 3 weeks ago and the hub arrived ontime. My activation date was the 27th of March and I received an sms that morning stating that it would be activated but nothing happen. I then phoned sky the next day and was told sorry, earliest open reach could do it was the 31st! This is a week later when I have already been waiting for 3 weeks, with aboslutely no reason given or contact from them if I hadnt called. The customer service representative had nothing to say other than sorry and was no help at all, I asked for the open reach number and was given BT and EEs broadband number to phone??? It was them who then told me you can not contact open reach directly, Sky is meant to do that for you, but sky did absolutely nothing. This is incredible dissapointing.

If the date has changed then it will be due to Openreach changing it so there is nothing you can do but wait these extra four days. If you feel that strongly about it then you could register a complaint:
