Hi
I travel with work and being away can be difficult to resolve issues. I did phone your Contact no but was advised to contact this.
How simple a process would it be to transfer the account name to another family member and not lose broadband connection.
I appreciate you may regard this as a new contract but my family members in the house and would appreciate it to be straightforward.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JECR You cannot transfer the account, you would have to cancel and the family member would have to sign up in their name, a short time without a connection is almost inevitable.
