Since I've switched to sky broadband, my HIK vision cameras are unable to send emails.

I'm using smtp-mail.outlook.com as a SMTP server and port 587 with STARTTLS

Looking at the firewall setting on the router, nothing is in the outbound services

Using https://canyouseeme.org/ 587 reports a timeout

Any clues?
