Accessing zoom

Since moving to sky 2 weeks ago my wife has not been able to use zoom on her laptop over wifi. Her laptop does not have an ethernet port. What could be causing this. She is right beside the router and speed checks show good speeds

@kendee Logon to your account, go to your products section and check where the Broadband shield is at, adjust and wait a few hours before checking zoom again, sky say a few hours i always say at least 24hrs but depends!

Thanks, but every time I try to get into the broadband shield an error message comes up "sorry something went wrong, please try again later"

@kendee Then you have an account issue, call sky dial 150 from your landline, and have the CS agent set it for you, would suggest you just do disabled on it!

Shield adjustment is fine, just logged into my account, went to products selected my BB, scrolled down clicked on the BB shield and all the settings popped up for adjusting!
