Accessing router settings

How do I access the the router settings on the Sky Hub Max (white)?

I want to change the signal to 5GHz.

Using "192.168.0.1" redirects to a domain called "https://myrouter.io" which is non-operational.

I have also tried using the Sky app but there is no option in advanced settings to change the signal.

Thanks

@sky98789  Have you just joined Sky or is this an upgrade to your package? How long have you had the white Max router for?

If someone has helped give them Like.

@sky98789

What exactly do you mean by you want to change the signal to 5ghz? By default Sky hubs come with both 2.4ghz & 5ghz bands synced under one SSID so your device will use 2.4ghz or 5ghz depending on your distance from the hub.

@sky98789 You may find that logging into sky, and using the Help gets the information that you need!

Re: Accessing router settings

I'm a new customer I joined Sky around 3 months ago.

 I want to change the channel because I have wifi-Bluetooth interference.  I've read bluetooth is operating on 2.4GH and is causing interference with the wifi so want to try changing the wifi channel

So how do I actually access the admin panel containing these settings  as per my original post?

Thanks

@sky98789

The domain you gave in your first post is registered to the Comcast Corporation (the parent company of Sky Group) and is associated with the operation of the Max Hub.  Once a Max Hub has registered properly with Sky servers it's essentially only administered through the My Sky app and has limited user accessible options.

You could try the http version of the IP address rather than https

Re: Accessing router settings

I just checked my contract and I have been with Sky for 5 months now. Surely the router has registered by now? What do you suggest I do?

Re: Accessing router settings

Sorry, I see no option to edit my post. I tried both http and https to no avail

@sky98789 Are you sure that the bluetooth is causing you any problems?
