Hello,

I have tried to access my sky hub, as i need to change some settings. I have followed the instructions on the webpage, however none of the passwords sky has provided are working, and I don't know how to get in touch with customer service.

@Emilia255 the log in is username admin and the password is sky or wifi password on the label depending on the hub you have . Avoid using any device running ios but if no choice use Chrome rather than Safari.
